Dr. Kenneth Szarka, Chiropractor and a.k.a. Nutrition Guru is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St Louis, Missouri, where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He is a native of Calgary, Alberta Canada. Dr. Szarka also holds a certification with the Colorado State Board in Acupuncture. His passion for optimum healthcare and the body's intelligence and natural ability to foster its own healing drives him to stay involved in current health issues.
Dr. Szarka's coaching and professional athletic background are complimented by his formal education in Science and over a two decades of experience in the sports industry. He is the Performance coach and team Chiropractor for the Colorado Mammoth Lacrosse Team. In addition he volunteers his services to schools, businesses and small groups, providing lectures on spinal health, nutrition, women's healthcare and chiropractic. As a father of three Dr Szarka understands the daily demand on his patients to balance family, career, and ultimately their health.

Mackenzie's journey into Massage Therapy opened her eyes and heart to a deeper story of connection and a multidimensional perspective in really being with and caring for others; whatever the given circumstances.
Her objective as your therapist is to cultivate a space in which each client is heard, never feels rushed, and holds the ability to be an active participant in their treatment experience. During your time together, she will work in partnership with you to address your specific concerns and to provide each client with measurable change. Her style incorporates a responsive pressure, slow pace, and stretching applications including myofascial release, pin and stretch techniques, as well as active release therapies. One of her go to modalities includes the movement of joints and respective muscle tissue through their range of motion capabilities while applying strokes, pressure, and stretches that treat the tissue accordingly.
In the midst of the chaos and caution that COVID-19 brought about, she became well versed in best practices, safety, and health concerns having completed her schooling in the midst of a pandemic and the new regulations set forth to the industry.
